1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between daka79 and every individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the daka79 platform located at daka79.net. The Terms apply to all products and services offered by daka79, including but not limited to online casino games, live casino tables, sports betting, crash games, and promotional offers.

By completing the daka79 registration process, clicking the "I Agree" checkbox, or otherwise using the platform after the effective date, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

daka79 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and by posting a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version of the Terms that is currently published on this page supersedes all previous versions.

These Terms should be read alongside daka79's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and daka79.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on daka79, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Individuals under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing on daka79 in any capacity.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any other person or entity.
• You have not previously had an account on daka79 that was closed, suspended, or terminated by daka79 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of daka79 or any of its affiliated technology, payment, or game content partners.

daka79 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time, including at the point of registration, during the lifetime of an account, and at the point of a withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identity cards, passports, and driving licences. Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.

If daka79 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any deposits made during the period of suspension will be returned to the original payment method; any winnings accumulated during the period of suspected underage play will be forfeited.

Players who are concerned about underage access to the daka79 platform from a shared device — for example, a family home with minor children — are strongly encouraged to contact our support team. We can apply additional access controls to help prevent underage use.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold exactly one (1) active account on daka79. Opening, attempting to open, or operating more than one account — whether in your own name, a variation of your name, or the name of another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. daka79 uses automated and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts, and any duplicate accounts identified will be closed without notice. Balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited unless it can be demonstrated to daka79's satisfaction that the duplication was unintentional and caused no advantage to the player.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. The information you provide during registration must match the identification documents you hold. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your daka79 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. daka79 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify daka79 support immediately via live chat so that access can be suspended and new credentials issued.

3.3 Contact Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your registered email address and mobile number current. daka79 uses these channels to send important notifications including payment confirmations, identity verification requests, promotional communications (where opted in), and updates to these Terms. daka79 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to receive communications sent to an outdated or incorrectly recorded contact address.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on daka79 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). There is no currency conversion, and no hidden exchange-rate markup. The balance displayed in your account is the exact amount available for withdrawal in BDT.

4.1 Deposits

daka79 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance within 30 seconds of payment confirmation being received from the payment provider. daka79 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source will be returned and the account flagged for review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to that method supporting outbound transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Typical processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: 5 to 15 minutes from approval
• Rocket and Upay: 15 to 45 minutes from approval
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): 1 to 6 hours from approval
• Visa and Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days from approval

Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification checks before processing is initiated. daka79 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership — before authorising any withdrawal. Players who have not yet completed the KYC verification process may experience longer processing times until verification is finalised.

daka79 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile money provider are outside of daka79's control and are your own responsibility.

4.3 Failed and Returned Transactions

In the event that a withdrawal cannot be processed to the requested payment method — for example, because the mobile number or bank account is inactive — the funds will be returned to your daka79 account balance. You will then be asked to submit a withdrawal request using an alternative, verified payment method. daka79 is not liable for delays arising from incorrect payment details provided by the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

daka79 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and this section, the offer-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified daka79 account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. Eligibility, qualifying deposit amounts, and the exact bonus value are determined by the current welcome offer terms published on the promotions page at the time of registration. daka79 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome offer at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin winnings, and cashback credits — are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific offer terms. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are non-withdrawable. If you attempt to withdraw before the wagering requirement is satisfied, the remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds are not transferable and have no cash value outside the daka79 platform.
• daka79 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what rate. Contributions vary by game type and are published in the bonus terms.
• Exploiting bonuses through coordinated play, systematic low-risk wagering strategies intended to guarantee completion of wagering requirements, use of software tools, or any other form of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• daka79 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or void any bonus credited in error at its sole discretion.

6 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

daka79 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited on the daka79 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

6.1 Fraud and Financial Crime

• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to deposit funds.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with a payment provider after using those funds for gaming activity.
• Using the daka79 platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Depositing funds and withdrawing them without engaging in genuine gaming activity, with the intent of moving funds through the platform.

6.2 Technical Abuse

• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the daka79 platform or any game hosted on it.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected software error are void and subject to reversal.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.

6.3 Collusion and Match Manipulation

• Colluding with other players in multi-player games including live casino tables to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Placing bets on sporting events in which you have any involvement, access to insider information, or ability to influence the outcome.
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with daka79 betting markets.

daka79 employs a combination of automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, daka79 will suspend the account, freeze the balance, and conduct an investigation. The outcome of that investigation — including any decision to close the account and forfeit funds — is at daka79's sole discretion, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 8.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

daka79 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass or complete identity verification checks within the time period specified in the verification request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider.
• A request from a competent authority, financial institution, or law enforcement body.
• The player has self-excluded via the daka79 Responsible Gaming tools, or has been self-excluded at their own request communicated to support.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their daka79 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method, provided the player has satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Accounts cannot be closed while there is an open dispute or ongoing investigation.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period via live chat or directly through account settings. Self-exclusion periods are available for a minimum of 6 months and up to a maximum of 5 years, or indefinitely upon request. During self-exclusion, the account is locked, login is prevented, and all promotional communications are suspended. 8 Liability & Dispute Resolution

8.1 Limitation of Liability

daka79 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or to any individual game or betting market. daka79 shall not be liable for any loss arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical disruptions caused by factors outside daka79's direct control, including third-party payment provider outages and game studio server issues.
• Loss of potential winnings as a result of a game or session being interrupted before completion due to a network or connectivity failure on the player's side.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses — including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data — arising from use of the platform.
• Your reliance on game outcome predictions, third-party tipping services, or statistical analysis tools in connection with placing bets on daka79.

daka79's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction — including but not limited to a software error that causes a game to freeze, display an incorrect result, or calculate a payout incorrectly — the affected round is void and the stake is returned to the player's account balance. A malfunction voids all pays and plays for the affected round. If a malfunction results in an incorrectly credited win, daka79 reserves the right to reverse the erroneous credit after notifying the player, regardless of whether intervening transactions have been made.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your daka79 account — including a payment, game outcome, bonus calculation, or account decision — you should first contact daka79 support via live chat. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 2 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial support review, you may escalate your complaint by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a full description of the issue, including any relevant transaction IDs or screenshots.

daka79 will provide a written response to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Our decision on complaints relating to game outcomes is final where the outcome has been verified by the relevant game studio's server logs. Payment-related disputes will be reviewed against daka79's own transaction records and those of the relevant payment provider.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the general principles of fair dealing and commercial reasonableness applicable to online service agreements. daka79 operates as a safe, reliable, and SSL-encrypted platform committed to fair play. All disputes shall be addressed first through daka79's internal complaint process as described above, with good-faith negotiation as the preferred resolution mechanism.
